Woman shares video of pet hair cleaning hack and gets 81M views
I'm amazed at how well this works. The fact that it's got so many views makes me feel less bad that fur seems to be a condiment in my house.

Pet owners know how annoying it can be to try to keep a clean house. You clean and clean but no matter what your pets are always shedding and fur seems to get practically embedded into different materials.

Facebook user Juliette Electrique posted a video that might change the lives of pet owners looking to achieve clean.

She designed a cleaning hack that gets fur out of places it might seem stuck in. In the video, she tries this on a car floor mat, but it could work elsewhere too.

Her technique requires only a few materials.

Fortunately, Juliette Electrique shared her whole technique from start to finish. Turns out, you only need a few materials that can be found around the house.

You need a scrub brush, and then a hot glue gun to put on the brush.

Then you need two pumice stones and a spray bottle of water. That’s all you need to start cleaning dog hair like never before.

It’s a pretty fast assembly to make this little device.

The hot glue gun comes in handy because you can just throw all the parts together. First, she cuts off the bristles of the scrub brush so that there’s only a little bit left.

Then, she puts hot glue all over the bristles and one side of the pumice stones.

After pressing those two pieces together and making sure they are stuck on there, she grabs her spray bottle. She sprays the car mat with the water which just helps the process go a bit smoother.

She proceeds to scrape all the fur off the car mat.

Almost like magic, the dog fur comes right off. She just holds on to the brush handle and lets the pumice stones do their job.

There’s something amazing about watching this. The woman even says at one point:

“Look how satisfying that is…clumps just falling off, so insane.”

This trick wouldn’t work as well with the bristles at their full length.

The pumice stones do most of the heavy lifting in this hack. Pumice stones are mostly used for exfoliating dead skin off of feet, but here their texture also helps to grip the hair and pull it off.

That being said, the brush is a handy part of this hack because it allows you to have a handle to hold onto while you are working.

With full-length brush bristles, there is likely to be more of a bending sensation.

Because the brush bristles are shorter now, they won’t move around as easily and the pumice stones can stay sturdy while cleaning the fur.

Everyone agrees that this trick is helpful.

On Facebook, the video has 81 million views and over 47 thousand comments.

One person joked about the cameraman in the video who narrates the video with comments of total amazement:

“I want a man who’ll pump me up like this when I’m brushing pet hair!”

Someone else chimed in to say that pumice stones can be helpful for so much more:

“I use a pumice stone only on my furniture and it works pretty good. Better than anything else I’ve tried on the market.”
